Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, manage inventory,
and lead a small team of warehouse employees. You will ensure that all materials are properly
organized, job packs are prepared for the next day, and that our warehouse remains clean and
efficient. This role may also involve driving deliveries and loading crews for their daily jobs.
● Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring
timely stock replenishment.
● Job Pack Preparation: Prepare and organize daily job packs to ensure crews have all
necessary materials.
● Supervision: Lead and supervise 1-2 warehouse employees, providing guidance and
support to enhance productivity.
● Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with
safety standards.
● Material Handling: Offload incoming materials and stock them appropriately.
● Delivery Driving: Operate a company vehicle for deliveries as needed.
● Crew Loading: Load crews with required materials each morning to ensure efficient job
execution.
