Responsibilities:
Provide beauty and wellness services to patients and residents, including haircuts, manicures, pedicures, and other personal grooming services
Develop and implement personalized beauty and wellness plans to meet the individual needs of each patient and resident
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that beauty and wellness services are integrated into the overall care plan
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all infection control protocols
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, residents, and their families, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement
Requirements:
0+ years of experience as a Beautician or in a related field
State licensure/certification as a Beautician (if applicable)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
