Mike Donovan
Michael Donovan offers his clients 15 years of industry experience in Real Estate and Mortgages. Michael holds a Bachelor Degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies (Finance & Administration) from the University of Western Ontario and holds the Certified Managerial Accounting designation (CMA).
As a founder of BrokerSmart and co-owner of Verico Coastal Mortgages Inc., Michael has helped hundreds of clients meet their home & equity needs. He is genuinely talented in finding solutions for clients who have challenging financial requirements and his professional, low-pressure approach makes him approachable and easy to work with. In his spare time, he keeps himself healthy and active to keep up with his 4 daughters, enjoys playing hockey or golf, and is spoiled by his wife and her baking!
Cindy Faulkner
Cindy Faulkner offers more than 25 years of industry experience in the Mortgage and Real Estate Industry. She has been a business owner for more than 22 years and holds a Diploma of Technology in Human Resource Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
As a founder of BrokerSmart and co-owner of Verico Coastal Mortgages Inc., she has a wealth of knowledge and experience that makes her one of Canada’s top brokers. Her warm personality and her honest, straight forward approach puts everyone at ease and makes what is sometimes a complicated process seem seamless and easy. In her spare time, she chases around her 7 grandchildren, loves to play golf or go to yoga, and enjoys a little quiet time with her husband.
Brad Currie
Currently Brad is broker/owner of Verico Coastal Pacific Mortgage Brokers and has been actively working as a Mortgage Broker since 1993. As the Managing Broker for Brokersmart he offers his services to clients in real estate and mortgage financing.
Brad began his career by spending 10 years in sales and management with a national real estate company. He then spent seven years working with London Life Mortgage and TD Canada Trust. He has a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC, a Diploma in Marketing Management for Real Estate from BCIT, a certificate in the Process of Land Development, is currently a Chapter Director and former Governor of the Real Estate Institute of BC, and is a a member of the Mortgage Brokers Association of BC (MBABC). When he’s not working he enjoys volunteering his time as a Director of the Focus Volleyball Club, one of Canada’s largest volleyball clubs for youth aged 12 to 18.
